Sat, 25th Aug
I think we got up late again. And today we went to KLCC to shop. I think the morning we went shopping around Bukit Bintang area.
At KLCC we agreed to meet up at LV 1st then I got a msg saying that Nurul and Izza were running late at Clinique counter. So I went there.. and we ended up having a mini makeover for the evening event. hehe.
Got back to hotel with only 15mins to spare b4 Fadil picked us up for the fireworks competition at Putrajaya. We were already running late. Traffic was sooo bad and Fadil said it was because it was the school holidays.
Putrajaya was like a sim city. It was so proper and so 'katun-like' in the sense that when you passed thru the streets you feel like you're in one of those mini structure models. So... hmm I cant even figure out the word to describe it.
We found a parking space and walked towards where we tot the venue was. Only to find out it wasnt. HAHA.
When we finally got to the place, dinner was almost over. They only refilled the food when we almost finished eating. Food was quite good actually.
Fireworks started 10pm sharp. And that night it was team Italy. I have never seen so much fireworks lighting up the sky. And the view from our place was soooo perfect!! Well, despite the 2 selfish people up front who were standing and blocking our view slightly.
The journey back to KL was terrible!!! We got stuck in the traffic jam for 2hrs!!! hehe poor Fadil, he had to endure 4 mad women in a car!!! All the screaming, giggling, teasing, whining. LOL. We did leave him in peace tho... kekkee semua slept.
Then Nurul woke us up. 'Bgn bgn! Makan tani!' HAHAHA. Yupe, we had nasi lemak again.. this time to dine in. It was actually a gerai along a street in Kampong Baru.
After midnite snack, Fadil brought us cruising around supposedly the hot spots in KL. I think it was around Tasek Titiwangsa area coz we could see the Eye on Malaysia there. Got to hotel 3am. Showered then slept past 4.30am!!
