It was my niece Karen's wedding over the weekend. She's older than me btw. My Tua's eldest granddaughter. With my parents gone to KK joining the 'Pensioners Club', I felt responsible to attend all the functions. hehe wakil lah tu~ 'sides, its Tua :)

Started off with berbedak on sat nite, followed by hantar berian, nikah and bersanding on sun and ambil-ambilan the same nite.

I brought along my big camera, and so played role of being the unofficial wedding photographer.. tho I wouldnt call myself tat yet. haha. Judging from the pics I took I need lessons. I cant even figure out how to take nice shots with d additional flash. I need lessons. Fullstop. hehe. Nonetheless, I was happily clicking away~ and my family loves being in the limelight. hehe. Kalah pengantin :p

Overall, there were more than 700+ shots. haha. Funny thing is... I think out of those, abt less than 20 shots, were pics of me. kehkehkeh. Price you have to pay for being behind the camera. ;)

Another day and Im late for work AGAIN! Traffic jam as far as in front of the main jalan to my house. 1st I blame the policewomen (again) at the traffic lights at Bengkurong. The passenger behind me was so anxious that he opened his door to see what was going on. Then I could hear someone honking! haha. People were pissed off. Most of the time the traffic wasnt as bad if the police just let the traffic lights do their job.

Ok so moving along to Bunut then Madewa... and its still jam!!And it was already 10 to 8! Then I saw... the fire brigade. Get this... a merc got burnt badly.. (whole engine gone) BUT ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROAD. Chawi chawiii!!! Typical bruneians. Enuff said.

Earlier this week Zmah made plans for us to have Hitea @ Seasons for $15. Food was great, we were spoilt for choices. There were 10 of us: Me, Nurol, Nani, Zmah, Wadi, Aming, Die, Adai, Amir & Nalan.

They have entertainers performing during the time.. I was at the dessert counter when one of the singers said " We have a special song...." then he stopped... and the gang were looking at me... hmmmm then I knew they were up to something. In my mind... oh no.... pls.... not here.... hehehe Seasons was packed!! Imagine my embarassement!! :p

Went back to table then.... yupe... they all sang and came over to the table where we sat... OMG! Malo eh!! ehhehehe.

But overall I enjoyed it. I had choc fudge bday cake from CB, thanks to Nurol and Nani.
