Karambunai, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah 2006

It sure was a good holiday. We enjoyed ourselves.... Quite tiring tho, I am still recovering from it hehehe :P We flew off sat nite, got back yesterday afternoon.... and somehow (not impossible tho when it comes to us :P ) we managed to take about 668 photos, just from my cameras alone!!! hahahhah camwhore benar!! ;)

Quick recap: 12 of us went to Karambunai: Me, Nurul, Nani, Izza, Adai, Chaap, Azrol, Nalan, Pao, Miji, Roz n Ming.

1st nite we had karaoke sessions n Burger King. D Girls slept almost 3am...

Next day, had brekkie then off to lagoon for watersports. It was SOOOOOO hot! We almost got back to the hotel, if it wasnt for d rest of d gang who cycled their way from the resort, 4km btw!! hehehe. Mannnnn werent we glad we decided to just get the shuttle bus :D.

All of us went on d banana boat. 2 batches tho. 1st batch went on a single banana boat: Miji, Roz, Nalan, Pao, Ming & Azrol. And they got thrown over in d water!!!!! Roz said siokkkkkkk!!!! 2nd batch got on, & we agreed not to be flipped over hehehhe. We were quite lucky coz we were on a double boat (if u get wat i mean :p). Screamed our hearts out!!!!! At one point, the boat driver stopped coz he tot i was crying. I sat in front, and the water just got to my face!! I shudve sat at the back!

Next agenda was parasailing (or is it paragliding?). Izza & Adai, Nani & Nurul, and Me & Chaap. Cudnt believe I did it. Wasnt too bad actually... Would I do it again? hmmmmm I'll think about it hehe. Miji tried watersurfing n Nalan tried waterboarding. They managed few tries but couldnt actually got on to actually doing it.heheh ciannnnn...

Got back to hotel about 3.30pm.. booked ourselves for massages at the Borneo Spa.... Tat was relaxing indeed.. just what we needed :)

Nite, had seafood at Gayang. Had this hugeeeee lobster. Nyummmmm!!!! Guess how much our bill came up to? Try almost RM1k!! for 12 ppl tho, so wasnt so bad...

Back to hotel, we had a surprise bday cake for Nurul's and Adai's 26th Bdays... and later 'sneaked' out to Darlin Darlin only to find out the guys were there.hahahhhaha. We had a good laugh abt it.

Monday morning, had brekkie then went for quick swim b4 checked out....

Overall, it was quite an enjoyable getaway. Wished cudve stayed another day. I dun mind booking myself for another massage. Ppl say the 'Borneo Massage' is reaaaaalllly good.. oh well, some other time maybe ;)
