Tobacco Order 2005

Prohibition of Smoking in Specified Places & Vehicles:

1. Government premises incl hospitals, health centers, health clinics and nursing homes
2. All premises or building being used for commercial, industrial or recreational purposes including eating places, internet cafes
3. All premises or building to which members of public have access e.g queue of 2 or more persons in public place
4. Any area in an educational institution or higher educational institution
5. Public service vehicles e.g buses and taxis
